NCANS 2025 MidYear Convention

Keynote Speaker:

Dr. Schenita D. Randolph is an Associate Professor at Duke University School of Nursing and Founding Director of the HEEAT Lab (Health disparities through Engagement, Equity, Advocacy, and Trust). A registered nurse for over 25 years, she partners with communities to address health inequities among Black families in the U.S. South. Her nationally recognized work has been published in leading journals such as The New England Journal of Medicine and JAMA and supported by foundations, industry, and public funders.

A Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing and proud HBCU graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, Dr. Randolph is committed to advancing health equity, mentoring future nurse leaders, and promoting whole self-leadership. She is also Founder and President of Schenita Randolph Consulting, LLC, offering leadership coaching, workshops, strategic planning, and nonprofit grant consulting.

  • NCANS/NSNA Member & Faculty Rate: $35 (+ $2.50 fee)

  • Non-Member/Guest Rate: $50 (+ $2.50 fee)
